Summer seems to have come on us fast and early this year. Everything is
growing well and should be a boon for those who take environmental pictures.
For those who do not I hope business has picked up from what I hear the past
year was.
The new year will bring many new changes in PPSNYS with the formation of a new corporation to run the convention with both New York and New Jersey and perhaps others involved. The changes in print judging take affect this year, we will be in a group with nine other states. The way the convention is going to be run will also make a difference how judging will be handled.
A committee has also been formed to make a new Five Year Plan to give us a long term goal instead of just going along and repeating what has been done in the past over again.
If we all get together and get involved this can be a great year despite of the changes that are taking place. It is important to keep in mind that we can always use new members as they are what along with the present members make for a strong organization. I hope everyone will have a happy and prosperous summer season.
