The Corporation is formed solely to instruct its members and the public in photography and to create, foster, promote and encourage the exchange of knowledge among its members and the public.
Notwithstanding any other provision of these articles, the corporation is organized exclusively for educational purposes, both for the professional photographer and the public and shall not carry on any activities not permitted to be carried on by a corporation exempt from Federal Income Tax under Section 501(c) (3) of corresponding provisions of any subsequent Federal tax laws.
